Super Trim Striploin
Super Trim Striploins are prepared specifically to improve the eating quality of the cut and reduce plate waste for the customer.
We remove the very strong tendon running along the back edge to a width of 2″. The ends of each piece are squared up so there is absolutely no waste for chefs when cutting steaks nor is their waste for your customer. Each Super Trim Striploin is conveniently cut in half and vacuumed to ensure ease of handling in the kitchen and management.
